<p><strong>一、DC-DC电源注意事项</strong></p>
<p>1.DC-DC电路的特点是效率高,升降压灵活,但电路相对复杂,存在较大干扰。一般常见的电路结构有Boost和Buck两种,Boost用于升压,Buck用于降压。Boost和Buck电路都是通过MOS管开关来控制电感和电容间的能量转换。调节MOS管栅极脉冲信号的占空比,可以控制MOS管的导通和关闭,从而改变输出电压的高低。</p>

<p>2.如图是常见电源模块的布局,在布局方面,电源模块首先要看原理图,确认输入输出管脚;</p>

<p>4.摆放输出端的电容,输出端电源先经过电感,再到滤波电容出去</p>

<p>5.反馈脚的摆放,将相关电容电阻放置在pin脚附近,走线到电源输出端滤波电容上,线宽15到20mil;</p>

<p>1.电源布线方面:输入和输出端的通道需要满足实际电源大小;</p>
<p>2.输入和输出端的地要一起供地,增加地回流;</p>

<p>3.如下图所示,是过孔过近会影响电源的通道问题,在布线过程中需要检查电源整个通道的实际大小,误让过孔打断通道</p>
